Pack the Products

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and protected.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
