Yes, our rugs are specifically designed to be washed in a domestic washing machine. We recommend using a delicate cycle with cold water and a mild detergent to maintain the quality of the natural fibers.

What materials are used in your products?

We prioritize sustainability and safety. Most of our rugs are handcrafted from 100% natural cotton or wool, using non-toxic dyes that are safe for children and pets.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Are the rugs safe for underfloor heating?

Absolutely. Because our rugs are made from natural fibers and do not have synthetic backings or glues, they are perfectly safe for rooms with underfloor heating systems.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper washing or maintenance.
